Dear PhD students,
We invite you to apply for the next edition of the prestigious LERU (The League of European Research Universities) Doctoral Summer School, which will take place from July 22 to July 27, 2025, at the University of Copenhagen.
The theme of summer school is "Artificial Intelligence across University Disciplines – Perspectives and Hands-on Experience." This summer school is designed to provide PhD students with exceptional professional and personal development opportunities that go beyond regular PhD training. Participants will experience an international, interdisciplinary, and intercultural gathering of bright young minds, offering long-lasting valuable experience for their future careers.
PhD students from Charles University will not be required to pay the participation fee of €600. Travel costs for the selected participant will be reimbursed by the Rectorate of Charles University via a refund to the faculty.
Conditions of participation:
The selected participant commits to engaging in active dissemination of the acquired experiences upon returning from the summer school and to cooperating with Charles University's PR team, for example, through an interview or similar activities.
