Mgr. Zuzana Paračková se ujala organizace 5th PhD Conference in Immunology, která proběhla 10.–11. 10. 2019 v kongresovém sále ÚMG AV ČR v Praze. Hlavními hosty konference byli: prof. Paul Kubes, Snyder Institute of Chronic diseases and the leader of the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology at the University of Calgary, a As. Prof. Marta Rizzi, Department of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology in Freiburg.
