Honourable members of universities, friends of 2nd Faculty of medicine and dance fans,
the most significant and prestigious event – this year's ball – is just around the corner!
The traditional annual spring ball
of 2nd Faculty of medicine
is going to take place on 27. 2. 2010 at 20.00 in Národní dum na Vinohradech. You can purchase the tickets at the cash desk of the Dean's office of 2nd Faculty, or the cash desk of Národní dum na Vinohradech from 250 Kč or on the spot for 300 Kč. Members of Motolák may buy their tickets with 30 Kč discount*.
Apart from the traditional Dean's opening speech, you may look forward to the dance show of Martin Kolda and Teresa Bufková (StarDance dancer). Afterwards there will be an exceptional show of the best faculty dance group ‘Prdlý kosti’ and the well-known and honoured Teacher Awards. You may dance or listen to Ladislav Beneš Orchestra and DJ PatriK in Majakovski hall or Atarés group and Krocan Orchestra in Rais hall.
There is also a very rich and outstanding raffle on the programme, where you will be able to win wonderful prizes from a wide variety of sponsors, for example, book prizes in total for tens of thousands of Czech crowns, donated by Grada, Galén and Marxdorf and book tokens donated by Neoluxor Palace. Student Agency contributed by the offer of a tour for 2 people anywhere to Europe in total for 8000 Czech crowns.
Since this year, our faculty enhances healthy life style therefore the ball has a strict non-smoking policy.
* Members of Motolák may buy their tickets at the cash desk of Dean's Office for the reduced price. Every member is allowed to one discounted ticket after presentation of his/her Member Card.
