The application form has to be filled in, finalized, and electronically sent before the scheduled deadline below. The application fee is 910 CZK.

How to fill in the application — 5 steps
Step 1:
Choose the programme
Click the red button „Apply now“. Choose the programme you would like to apply to.
- Faculty: Choose the Second Faculty of Medicine.
- Language of Instruction: English
- Click the blue button “Show one item“.
Click the blue button “Detail“ at the bottom of the page.
Apply for the General Medicine programme in English language. Click the blue button “Apply for study“.
Step 2:
Register and create a profile
You will need to register and create a profile. If you have never used this platform before, complete the following steps.
- Choose “Registration of new applicants for study“ and click the blue button “Register“.
- Enter your email address and click the “Register“ button again.
Verify your email address through a verification link that was sent to your email and create a password for the application.
Choose “Login by registration mail“ and enter your registered email address and a password. Then you can login.
Click the last tab “Create a new application" and click the blue button “Create“.
Step 3:
Create, fill and save your application
Fill in the data and click the blue button “continue“.
For General Medicine programme choose the “Apply for study“ button.
Fill out the application form.
You can upload multiple attachments under one field by clicking the “+“ button.
For a secondary education choose a “foreign document concerning a foreign secondary education“ unless you have Maturita or other documents listed.
Your diploma will be assessed, and you will be charged an assessment fee. You do not have to pay the assessment fee before you are certain that you have passed the entrance examination, and choose to enroll in our faculty. Please note that if you are applying for the entrance examination exception, you will have to pay the assessment fee by April 30th.
Save your application.
Step 4:
Edit and submit your application
Now that you saved the applicaton you can come back to it later and add or edit it. If you are ready to submit your applicaiton, click the “Send“ button. Please note that you will not be able to make any changes to your application after the submission.
Step 5:
Pay the fee
The application fee must be paid at the time of submission. We accept card or bank transfer payments.
