How to choose your candidate in the first round of the election for the student chamber of the academic senate, Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, for the 2009–2011 term of office:
Each student of the Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, has the opportunity to choose at least one but at most 12 candidates for the student chamber of the academic senate from the offered list of students at the Faculty.
Student members will mark a legible X in the appropriate column of the list to select candidates that student members are convinced will represent the best interests of the chamber and Faculty.
The ballot is valid if one, two or a maximum of twelve candidates for academic senate are selected from the list.
Voting for representatives of the academic senate ends on the 13th of November at 12.00 noon. That afternoon the election commission will count the votes for individual candidates, and publicize the list of candidates for the student chamber of the academic senate ordered according to the number of votes received.
The list of candidates selected for the academic senate will be immediately posted on the Notice Board and on the website of the Faculty.
