On 30 September 2021, a physician and researcher from the Pediatric Clinic received the Albert Schweitzer Prize in Medicine, which is awarded annually by the French Embassy.

During July, medical students from foreign universities trained as part of the IFMSA exchange program at the departments of the Second Faculty of Medicine and the Motol University Hospital.
