on the recognition of exams passed before the present period of study

Students who are fully enrolled in the 1st year of study may apply for the acknowledgement of exams already passed at the Faculty provided that:
- Less than 10 years passed since the exams were taken;

The exams were passed with a result of ‘Excellent’ (Výborně) or ‘Very good’ (Velmi dobře).

Exams passed at other faculties during the course of an identical study program and/or subject may be recognized by the Vice-Dean for Study Affairs. The Vice-Dean may decide without the consent of the relevant Head of Subject provided that:
- Less than 10 years passed since the exam was taken;

The number of hours per week and credits earned amount to at least 90 % of those set in the Faculty syllabus.

Exams passed at a different university will be recognized only with the consent and a written confirmation of the relevant Head of Subject at the Faculty.

Recognition of internships and credits is entirely at the discretion of the relevant Head of Subject.

An application for the acknowledgement of exams, internships or credits must be submitted by the end of October of the given academic year.
This Provision supersedes Dean’s Provision No. 1/2009 of February 5th 2009, which is hereby revoked.
