AIMS invites you to a lecture given by MSF humanitarian worker Dr. Jan Trachta.
MUDr. Jan Trachta is a pediatric surgeon currently working at the Clinic of Pediatric Surgery, Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and Motol University Hospital. He has been working with Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières, MSF) since 2008. He was on nine missions in crisis areas, repeatedly in areas of armed conflict such as the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Central African Republic, Syria and Yemen. He will share his experiences and the importance of humanitarian medicine and answer any questions you might have. The lecture will take place on 12 November at 15:30 in Velká posluchárna at Motol University Hospital and is open to everyone. It will be held in english. We look forward to seeing you all!
