In the module "Individual study plan of Ph.D. students" in the SIS, the creation of annual assessment of individual study plans (hereinafter referred to as "AA") of students of doctoral study programmes is now activated. Manuals are available here (see SIS manual – Assessment of ISP). This assessment is then forwarded by the supervisor to the subject area board (hereinafter referred to as the "SAB") for approval.
Deadlines for AA creation and approval:
Students: 1 July 2023 - 31 August 2023
Supervisors: 1 July 2023 - 30 September 2023
SABs and guarantors: 1 July 2023 - 31 October 2023
When creating an AA, it is necessary to follow the dates and sequence of individual steps, which are described in detail in the manuals. The dates for the submission and approval of an AA were set by Dean's Directive No. 7/2023.
