Dear members of the academic community of the Second Faculty of Medicine,
Elections to the Academic Senate of Charles University (ASCU) will take place at our faculty in November. Within the ASCU, the Second Faculty of Medicine comprises of a total of four positions, two representatives in the student section and two representatives in the pedagogical section. The ASCU consists of 70 members total.
The elections for the ASCU at the Second Faculty of Medicine are single round and governed by the Election Manual (att. 1). Any member of the academic community can apply. Filled out Candidate Nominations Proposal (att. 2) can be submitted to the Secretary of the Faculty, Ing. et Mgr. Ingrid Vargová, secretary of the Institute of Pathological Physiology, Mrs. Alice Hezinová, or secretary of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Mrs. Blanka Loupalová, by 19 November 2019 at 12:00 pm. Candidate lists for the election will be prepared and published on the faculty website by 21 November 2019.
Voting will be held on the days of elections, 26 and 27 November 2019 from 8:00 to 14:00. There will be a total of three polling stations where voters will be able to cast their votes, in person, with a proof of identity.
