The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center seeks PhD or MD to conduct study of T-cell reconstitution after hematopoietic cell transplantation. The effort is directed at improving T cell recovery, with initial trials in baboons. Expertise in DNA/RNA techniques (extraction, PCR, cloning, sequencing), cell culture, and flow cytometry essential. Experience with T-cells desirable.
