Join a practical 5-day course on microscopic-image processing and analysis! The course will address fundamental aspects of image data acquisition, processing, and analysis, encompassing techniques in stereology. You'll learn how to use a number of softwares (Fiji, Naparis, Imaris and Huygens) but one of the topics will touch upon AI use in image segmentation.
The course is intended for all keen doctoral students as well as junior researchers. It will be held in English. The registration deadline is March 29, 2024.
