The SUR Programme is organised by Université de Lausanne in Switzerland. It will take place from 3 July till 28 August 2024.
The 8 week programme will host about 15 undergraduate students from all around the world to pursue an independent lab-based research project. It is geared towards students in biology, medicine or related discipline with a strong focus on biological sciences.
Eligible applicants will have completed two years of their (bachelor) degree and will be enrolling in their third year at the time of the programme. Participants are chosen based upon their academic record (typically GPA >3.75 or equivalent, and/or top 5% class ranking), personal statements, and letters of recommendation. A scholarship will be awarded to selected participants
Students should have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
