As previously promised, here is the updated and more detailed information on the planned reconstruction of our lecture halls within the Motol University Hospital complex. Your faculty and staff is making all the efforts to continue the education on the spot till the last possible moment before our lecture halls close down on April 30, 2016. We are happy to confirm that this year's Scientific Conference will be held, as in previous years, on the premises of Motol University Hospital.
The faculty staff has already moved everything possible ahead of the final close down to substitute spaces: Department of Epidemiology has been moved to Plzeňská premises, substitute spaces for the student chamber of the Academic Senate and all student associations have been secured. Archives of the Dean's office together with other service areas have already been moved too. Just the lecture halls and teaching rooms need be cleared of all their equipment at the very last moment.
What is the exact time schedule then?
April 25, 2016 is the final teaching day in the SP2 lecture hall, S2 (‘plecharna’) lecture hall, as well as in the seminar room of the Department of Public Health.
April 28, 2016 will be the last teaching day in the Big lecture hall, Small right hall and Small left hall as well as in the SP1 room.
