Based on the most up-to-date information, the Dean’s Advisory Board, on 4 March, decided that the faculty ball will take place as planned on Saturday 7 March 2020, at the National House in Vinohrady.

In accordance with the guidelines from the Ministry of Health and the hygienic authorities of the Czech Republic, we ask persons who meet any of the following criteria not to attend the ball. This is for the ball to follow the instructions of the Czech authorities, and out of respect for the other attendees. Persons who fulfill the criteria:
- have come into contact with a person with a proven infection of COVID-19
- are currently not feeling healthy (fever above 38 °C, cough, shortness of breath)
- have, in the past 14 days, been present in any of the high-risk zones (Mainland China, Iran, South Korea, Italy)
The faculty is prepared to refund the tickets of persons who cannot attend the ball due to the aforementioned reasons.
