Tomáš Kalina, Department of Paediatric Haematology and Oncology, CLIP – Cytometry, announces an open PhD candidate position in Immunology with a topic: T-cell differentiation disorders causing primary and secondary immunodeficiency.

A candidate

  • Should be highly motivated
  • Should read and write fluently in English
  • Should have an understanding of immunological concepts of adaptive immunity
  • Will learn polychromatic cytometry in the leading cytometry laboratory
  • Will engage in international projects
  • Will be expected to work with flow cytometry, sorting, next generation sequencing, mass cytometry... and some computational tools too
