Departmental Focus:
The complete study of forensic medicine in all age categories. Immunohistochemical diagnostic of traumatic and hypoxemic changes of CNS and of early phases of hypoxemic changes of myocardium. Demonstrating early vital injury reaction. Diagnostic of injury onset. The problems of drug addiction with particular attention paid to the immunohistochemical diagnostic of morphological changes. Practical courses are focused mainly on the demonstration of morphological findings in both sudden and violent death, assessing the mechanism of the injury changes, the procedure for inspecting the dead, and the indications of dissections.
